These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CheckoutIQ, operated by Excite Foundry Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using CheckoutIQ, you agree to these Terms.
CheckoutIQ is an AI-powered conversion rate optimization (CRO) testing platform. We provide automated shopping simulations, site audits, and AI-generated analysis reports for e-commerce websites.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may use CheckoutIQ to test websites that you own or have explicit permission to test. You agree not to:
Our AI personas browse target websites as standard visitors using real browser sessions. We only access publicly available pages. We do not modify website content, inject code, access admin panels, or store any data from the target website beyond what is needed for your report.
While our testing is designed to be non-disruptive, you acknowledge that automated browsing may be detected by some websites' bot-detection systems.
CheckoutIQ offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price changes take effect.
Each subscription tier includes monthly limits on simulations, audits, and persona count. Limits reset on the first of each month. Unused quota does not roll over.
Your use of CheckoutIQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you provide to us. We retain a limited license to use your data solely to operate the service.
CRO reports, audit summaries, and advisor responses are generated by AI models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should verify recommendations before implementing them. We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated advice.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.
CheckoutIQ, its design, code, AI models, and documentation are owned by Excite Foundry Pty Ltd. Reports generated for your account are yours to use, share, and distribute as you see fit.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheckoutIQ and Excite Foundry Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where possible. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
